My real estate agent is cooler than yours! This lovely, fluffy, pumpkin-walnut cake is baked by my agent Marcia Lai’s hubby. Butterless but still moist. Less sugar but naturally perfumed and sweetened by steamed, then mashed pumpkin. So yummy and Halloweeny. Yumms.
